Designed to deal with larger groups of people, the good thing about the banquet is that you don't have to go through the usual fiasco of getting large numbers of friends to make a menu selection – a frustrating job for anyone.
Once you have made your reservation it's a simple case of arriving on the night when you can start enjoying yourself straight away.

Super Sampler – An impressive selection of succulent barbecued
pork loin ribs, deep fried potato skins, spicy chicken breast goujons,
firehouse corn on the cob, seasoned onion rings, served with soured cream,
jalapeno jelly, and red chilli jam for dipping

course
Red Snort Chilli Tostados – Wedges of toasted tortilla dusted
with chilli seasoning filled with Red Snort Chilli and then topped with
melted cheese, jalapeno slices and soured cream.
Corn-chip bake – Home fried tortilla chips topped with spicy
tomato & coriander salsa with a bubbling cheese crust.

Sanchos Fajitas – Marinated chicken breast strips, sautèed
bell peppers and onions served sizzling with warm flour tortillas for
rolling
Mixed Bean Enchiladas – Individual oven baked flour tortillas
filled with chopped green chillies, mixed beans and corn, served with
lime and coriander salsa
Sizzling Sticky Red-Pepper Ribs – Slow cooked tender pork
loin ribs served sizzling in a hot a sweet red pepper glaze.
Served with an abundance of season-coated fries, Mexican rice, soured cream and guacamole.
